Zukunftsbau is a youth work facilitator and accredited apprenticing company established in 1986 committed to the holistic and vocational training of disadvantaged young people and the long-term unemployed with the aim of integration into the job market.

Zukunftsbau offers counselling services, vocational training in the ‘dual system’, vocational guidance and modular qualification programmes with integrated social welfare support. Central to all Zukunftsbau services are holistic and life-long learning to enable participants not just to achieve vocational qualifications but also to become responsible members of society.

The teams involved in vocational training and testing are made up of social workers, teachers, trade professionals and counsellors. Their professional experience and additional qualifications enable them to give individually tailored support.

Furthermore, Zukunftsbau benefits from competencies acquired in other fields of activity of the social enterprise network “Zukunftbauen” to support the participants and encourage multifaceted work. These resources are complemented through the formation of regional consortia and by the European partner networks in the implementation of international projects.

Zukunftsbau has fully equipped seminar rooms and vocational training workshops to meet modern training needs at various sites across Berlin.
